Bring Your Voice To Capitol Hill

The Broker Action Coalition is the grassroots advocacy network representing independent mortgage brokers nationwide, advocating for the broker channel and homebuyers in 50 states, D.C. and Puerto Rico.

WHAT IS THE BACPAC

A Political Action Committee (PAC) is an organization that raises voluntary contributions to advocate for the specific interest of a group. The Broker Action Coalition PAC (BACPAC) is the bipartisan Political Action Committee associated with the Broker Action Coalition (BAC). BACPAC unifies the voice of the Independent Mortgage Broker Community and maximizes our political strength by raising voluntary contributions from eligible industry professionals to protect, promote and shape the future of the broker channel.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BAC & BACPAC?

The Broker Action Coalition (BAC) is separate entity from the BACPAC; they work together to make the most active and rapidly-growing advocacy movement in the entire wholesale industry, growing the collective strength, influence, and positive changes for independent mortgage brokers and homebuyers nationwide. BAC Donations can be made for any amount, at any time. BACPAC is exclusive to BAC Members, and contributions are made once a calendar year.

BAC

The BAC is our strength.
The ability to lobby directly with legislators, keep our community aware of issues, and make direct advocacy actions on state and federal levels.

BACPAC

BACPAC is our Influence.
Giving brokers a voice with legislators, allowing us to make a difference where it matters. BACPAC's influence allows us to use the BAC's strength to make a difference.

BACPAC is the only political action committee that solely and directly represents the broker channel. BAC's advocacy arm is a powerful force that protects, supports, and grows the future of the broker channel; the PAC is the vehicle that enables the BAC and its members to participate in the political process. Through BACPAC, we are empowered to support the election efforts of qualified legislators and candidates whose views and voting records reflect the interests of the broker channel and the communities it serves.
