RECENT STATE-LEVEL WINS
Broker Access to Hometown Heroes in Florida
4,000+ brokers granted access to the state DPA program that provides up to $25,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance
Disabled Veterans Property Tax Exemption (passed in multiple states)
Increasing access to homeownership among disabled Veterans by increasing their buying power by tens of thousands of dollars when they need it most
Reversal of unfavorable licensing fee changes in Kentucky, saving mortgage Brokers $5,000 upfront and thousands annually
Beat back legislation in Maryland that would have opened the floodgates for Realtors and Insurance Agents to become originators at a large scale
