Broker Action Coalition Announces 2026 Board of Directors
The Broker Action Coalition (BAC), the leading grassroots advocacy network representing independent mortgage brokers, is pleased to announce its 2026 Board of Directors and key leadership appointments.
The BAC Board of Directors is composed of industry leaders representing brokers, lenders, and BAC leadership, ensuring broad representation across the wholesale mortgage channel.
New broker members joining the board for 2026 are Jamie Cavanaugh of reAlpha Mortgage, Shane Kidwell of Dwell Mortgage, and Matt Blackmer of West Capital Lending. They join returning broker board members Major Singleton of Edge Home Finance, Elena Boland of Wholesale Mortgage Services, and Joseph Dionne of appli Home Loans.
New lender members joining the board for 2026 are Rob Pieklo of eLEND and John Wise of Newfi Wholesale. They join returning lender board members Phil Shoemaker of The Loan Store (TLS), Kim Nichols of Pennymac TPO, Kevin Peranio of PRMG, and Eddy Perez of EPM.
BAC leadership serving on the board includes Brendan McKay, Co-Founder and Chief Advocacy Officer; Rachel Clark, Executive Director; and Karis Koehn, Director.
In addition to the board, BAC also welcomes Patrick Brennan of LendingTree as a new Board Advisor, joining Co-Founder Katie Sweeney of Rocket Pro and Brian Vieaux of MISMO.
